Memberships and Billing

Treno is designed to give studios full control over memberships, while keeping things transparent for users.

Current pricing model for studios

• One location: €50 / month (includes 1 trainer)
• Additional location: €30 / month
• Additional trainer: €5 / month
• Marketing push notifications: €10 / month (send messages to all or selected users)

This model is simple and predictable – studios know exactly what they pay, regardless of the number of members. Owners and trainers can plan costs without worrying about hidden fees.

Grace period and cancellations

When a membership expires, studios can set a grace period – an additional timeframe during which a user can still join classes.

There are also cancellation rules (e.g. at least 6 hours before class) that the studio defines.

Benefit: everything is tracked automatically in the app – no manual notes or misunderstandings with members.
